Sure you share the idea that managing your business is an event full of risks, surprises and difficulties that can only be compared with the adventure of sailing a boat and taking it to a safe harbor, overcoming the variations of the weather and the difficulties of staying afloat without losing the course.
But, in the end, with winds against or in favor, everything depends on the skills of the Captain or, returning to the world of your business, the skills you have as administrator, to set the objectives of the voyage, organize the boat, give orders precise to the crew at every moment, and verify that your business is where you want to take them.
The Specialized Workshop in Administration will allow you to identify the principles, theoretical and practical, for the effective management of your business and appropriate administrative tools for diagnosis and understanding of the operating context of your business and to make strategic and operational decisions.
The themes of the workshop will be the following:
– Management: definitions and principles for the sustained success of a business.
– Planning.
– Organization.
– Delegation and control.
– Time management.
Each day will be dedicated to a topic and, maintaining the participative dynamics of CubaEmprende, we will learn working on the development of your business incorporating knowledge, experiences and instruments such as the CANVAS of business and of value proposal, the Process Map, the Strategic Plan in A Sheet, among other tools, that will allow you to be better “helmsman of your boat”.
We start on Monday, December 3, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. until Friday, the 7th. We hope to have you again with us.
